RNO Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled RNO Engineer with a strong proficiency in 4G/5G theoretical knowledge and excellent communication skills for network strategy discussions with customers and daily operations. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of 4G/5G OSS-KPI degradation analysis and optimization processes, along with hands-on experience in KPI optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize 4G/5G OSS-KPIs, identifying degradation reasons and implementing effective solutions.
• Deploy and evaluate major 4G/5G enhancement features and solutions.
  Utilize Huawei RF tools such as Genexcloud, Omstar, FMA, U2020, and U-net for network optimization tasks.
• Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Provide exceptional RF service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently use RF office software, and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to prepare and present reports summarizing RF daily work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an RNO Engineer, with at least 3 years of experience working with Huawei as a vendor.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC (hybrid).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop effective optimization solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• A proactive approach to work with a strong service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Huawei RF tools and software.
• Proven track record in deploying and evaluating 4G/5G network enhancements.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
