Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide on-call troubleshooting support for various technical systems, including audio-visual equipment, computers, and network systems.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Assist in routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement repairs on hardware and software systems.
- Installation: Help with the installation and configuration of new equipment and software, ensuring proper functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and inventory management.
- User Assistance: Support end-users by troubleshooting software issues and providing guidance on system usage.
