We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ACCOUNTING STAFF to join the dynamic team at CHAIN GLOBAL LTD. ( a HECNY GROUP company). In this full-time position based in IT Park in Cebu City, you will play a crucial role in processing daily AR and AP data entry in our accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Process daily data entry including customer invoice, vendor invoice and overhead invoice to the account system.

2.    Responsible for day-to-day accounts payable and account receivable settlement as well as maintenance and updating of the debtor and vendor ledger in the account system.

3.    Update bank book daily.

4.    Assist in handling payment such as preparing payment report and handling online payment transactions.

5.    Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping across various system and database.

6.    Handle multiple language invoice and accounting records by translation tools

7.    Perform ad hoc assignments as required

8.    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with your colleagues

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Must be responsible, initiative and able to work independently.

2 years relevant experience is preferred
