Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer leads creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual output across digital and print platforms. This role provides creative direction, mentors junior designers, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures brand consistency across all marketing and communications materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Execution

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, brand collateral, digital assets, and multimedia materials.
  • Create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, presentations, advertisements, and print materials.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all design outputs.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead design projects and coordinate timelines, deliverables, and creative direction.
  • Review, guide, and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and leadership teams to support strategic objectives.

Project Management

  • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and propose effective design solutions.
  • Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy access and reference.

Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Support brand development initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the company's visual identity.
  • Stay updated on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.
  • Recommend creative improvements to enhance user experience and brand presence.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 4–7+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a creative agency or corporate setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills across digital and print formats.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Onsite; 6 days /week.
  • Fast-paced creative environment with cross-team collaboration.
  • May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
