KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a High School Graduate. Willing to work in a mall environment.
  • Complete government records (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR).
  • Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of selling techniques and cashiering.
  • Knowledge in Telco is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads.
  • Willing to be assigned in SM Seaside Cebu.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist with product inquiries, providing detailed info about features and benefits.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
