Best Tools is seeking a SIA – Stockman for our GUAGUA PAMPANGA branch

Role Overview:

The SIA – Stockman will handle the store's inventory and stock management. This includes receiving, organizing, and keeping accurate records of goods to support smooth store operations. Candidates should be willing to attend training in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas properly.
• Maintain precise inventory records and update stock cards or electronic systems.
• Assist in performing regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Support general stock management and housekeeping duties.
• Coordinate with suppliers and team members regarding deliveries and returns.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols while handling inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in stock handling, inventory, or store support.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and stock management.
• Open to attending training in Manila.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of performing stock-related manual tasks.
