Responsibilities:

  • Migrate existing on-prem application to cloud
  • Work with cloud platforms (Azure or private cloud) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Ensure system observability using logging, monitoring and alerting tools
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards
  • Provide updates and status reports during development and related support activities
  • Ensure solutions are based on standards, maintainable and delivered on schedule
  • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum process, collaborating closely with Product Owners and QA
  • Proactively share accomplishments, knowledge, and lessons within the team

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years' experience developing .NET applications
  • Advanced proficiency in .NET (.NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core)
  • Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
  • Proficient in cloud services (Azure or GCP) and their application in development projects
  • Good exposure to Scrum
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in the following technologies and tools: Oracle, SQL Server, Git, Confluence, Jira
  • Background in retail business is a plus
  • Amenable to working midshift schedule
