Product Lister

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Product Lister to manage and upload product listings across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility and conversions. This role plays a key part in maintaining a professional and appealing online store presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and upload product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or Etsy.
• Write clear, engaging, and keyword-optimized product titles and descriptions.
• Upload and organize high-quality product images and videos.
• Input accurate product data including SKUs, pricing, attributes, and inventory levels.
• Conduct keyword research to improve product ranking and visibility.
• Ensure all listings comply with platform-specific rules and brand guidelines.
• Update product availability and pricing as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to maintain listing accuracy.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
• Assist in handling listing errors, suppressions, or compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Lister, E-commerce Assistant, or similar role.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, or Etsy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and bulk uploads.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Understanding of FBA/FBM or other fulfillment methods.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
