Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Nurse ensures compliance with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role monitors patient care processes, audits documentation, and provides feedback to improve service quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of patient records and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor adherence to healthcare protocols and company policies.
- Identify gaps in care delivery and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare QA reports and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with DOH, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nurse in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or clinical auditing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
