What will you do?

As an
Electrical Digital Modeller
, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of engineering design documentation across multidisciplinary projects. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to produce accurate and high-quality electrical drawings and models using industry-recognised software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

We are experiencing significant growth within our Digital Engineering Energy Team business and as a result, you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'Bring Ideas to Life' for our clients.

As Specialists in what we do, we have a deep understanding of our clients' challenges, and we work collaboratively to co-create innovate solutions and build our technical knowledge. By joining our Digital Engineering Team, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of our projects particularly digital modelling within the Energy space.

As a Digital Modeller (Primary HV Design), you will have a genuine interest in making a difference and will actively contribute to some of NSW's largest and most dynamic Digital Engineering projects.

As a trusted partner to our client, you will leverage and connect with your project teams, wider Aurecon team, external stakeholders, and clients to navigate through technical requirements, innovation strategies, frameworks, and more, hence your experience with offshore designers will highly-valuable, as well as your knowledge in AU/NZ codes and practice will be an added advantage.

What can you bring to the team?

Essential:

• 5+ years relevant industry experience with at least 3 years solid drafting background within the Energy space.
• Good communication skills

Good to have:

• Knowledge in AU/NZ codes and practice or experience working with offshore designers are an advantage
• Electrical 3d Modelling experience (e.g. Bentley substation, Revit or similar) – Primary Substation design and secondary drafting.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MicroStation
