Production Batcher

Job Summary:

The Production Batcher is responsible for accurately preparing, weighing, and labeling raw materials in accordance with approved formulations and production schedules. The role ensures continuous production flow by maintaining ingredient accuracy, equipment cleanliness, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pre-weigh, and label raw materials based on batch formulas, ensuring accuracy and freedom from contaminants.
• Encode, print, and maintain batching-related forms, records, and inventory logs.
• Monitor and report raw material usage, variances, and ending balances per shift.
• Ensure timely supply of pre-weighed ingredients to prevent production delays.
• Conduct daily checking and proper handling of weighing scales, machines, and equipment to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the batching area and observe strict GMP and safety compliance.
• Safekeep formula cards and uphold confidentiality of product formulations.
• Report any equipment abnormalities, leakage, or irregularities to the superior immediately.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year college program; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned at Bagumabayan, Taguig
