Logistics Planner

The Logistics Planner (Delivery) is responsible for developing, organizing, and coordinating delivery schedules to ensure products are distributed to customers efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time.

Basic Function:

This role oversees the planning and coordination of delivery schedules, focusing on cost efficiency, timeliness, and service quality. It includes optimizing delivery routes, managing carrier partnerships, and monitoring shipments to ensure adherence to commitments. The Logistics Planner also coordinates load plans with Customer Service and Warehouses to secure on-time deliveries. Close collaboration with the Logistics Warehouse and Customer Service teams is essential to meet customer expectations while controlling transportation costs and maximizing delivery performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, major in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a distribution environment, preferably FMCG.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments and shifting demands or processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
