Commis (Eastwood)

• Set up station, which includes cutting vegetables, fabrication of meats and seafood, marination, or even advanced cooking and portioning of ingredients
• Cook food according to the standard recipe
• Keeping the work area clean all the time
• Practice proper food handling from receiving, preparing, cooking, cooling, and storing ingredients
• Help the head of the kitchen with the items that need to be ordered
• Receive deliveries from the supplier
• Assist colleagues if needed
• Help in monitoring inventory, including monthly inventory count
• Do other jobs that may be assigned by a superior

Job Specifications:

• At least High School graduate
• With experience in a casual dining or quick service restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to be trained
• Willing to be assigned at Eastwood
• Willing to be under agency
• Can start ASAP
