Job description:

  1. Safely drive the assigned employee or executive to and from work, meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.

  2. Plan routes and ensure timely arrival by considering traffic, road conditions, and schedules.

  3. Follow company protocols regarding pickup/drop-off procedures and route management.

  4. Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the assigned vehicle at all times—both interior and exterior.

  5. Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness (brakes, tires, fluids, etc.).

  6. Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the immediate superior.

  7. Ensure that vehicle registration, insurance, and related documents are valid and renewed as required.

  8. Monitor and manage fuel usage, toll charges, and mileage log; submit reports as needed.

  9. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive conversations or documents while in transit.

  10. Assist the executive with minor errands or official business when requested

  11. Comply with company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations at all-times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; vocational driving course is an advantage
  • Valid professional driver's license (with restriction codes applicable to company vehicles)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a personal or executive driver
  • Good knowledge of local roads and alternate routes
  • Excellent driving record with no history of major violations
  • Physically fit, well-groomed, and presentable
  • Punctual, honest, respectful, and discreet
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when
