Job Summary:

The Liaison / Driver is responsible for purchasing supplies, handling bank transactions, and ensuring safe and timely delivery or pickup of company items. This role supports daily operations by coordinating with suppliers, banks, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase supplies and materials as instructed by management
• Drive company vehicle for official business purposes
• Pick up and deliver documents, supplies, and items
• Handle bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
• Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and other external parties
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company funds and documents
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle
• Keep records and receipts of purchases and transactions
• Follow company policies and traffic safety rules

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or vocational course
• With valid professional driver's license
• Familiar with local routes, suppliers, and banks
• Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Physically fit and able to handle errands and deliveries
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
