As a coach/counselor, you will:

● Check and reach out to students regularly through multiple platforms such as call, email, text, and

messenger

● Conduct engagement activities set by the team

● Monitors student pace and progress e.g, attendance and grades using HubSpot and SIS

● Provides support to keep learners engaged

● Helps students navigate obstacles to engagement

● Supports students in developing the skills they need to succeed

● Educate students on behaviors and habits that can increase student success
