Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Guinobatan for a Farm Manager. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, managing livestock and crops, implementing and maintaining irrigation systems, and ensuring sustainable agricultural practices. Additionally, the Farm Manager will coordinate farm staff, develop and execute farm management plans, and ensure consistent production quality and farm safety.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Farm Management and Agriculture practices
  • Skills in Livestock and Poultry Farming
  • Knowledgeable in Irrigation systems and management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Education in Agriculture or related field is a plus
