  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC, EDM, WEDM, lathe, welding, and grinding machines according to job requirements.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.
  • Perform precision machining of components, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor machining processes to identify deviations and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with engineers and toolmakers to improve machining processes and productivity.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.) to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the machining area.
  • Support tooling repair, modification, and fabrication projects as assigned.
  • Document daily activities, production records, and quality inspection results.

  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience with EDM, WEDM, lathe, and grinding operationsTechnical diploma or certificate in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Industrial Technology.

  • Minimum 3–5 years machining experience (CNC, EDM, WEDM, lathe, welding, grinding).
  • Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of machine programming (G-code/Fanuc) is an advantage.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
