The ESG Officer will be responsible in executing programs and policies by collecting data, coordinating initiatives, and supporting strategy implementation to ensure the company meets its ESG commitments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the company's ESG strategy and action plans.
  • Ensure ESG initiatives are integrated into day-to-day business operations.
  • Assist in drafting ESG-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate ESG data from internal departments.
  • Maintain the ESG database and prepare reports for regulators, investors, and rating agencies.
  • Support ESG disclosures in sustainability reports and corporate filings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
  • Monitor updates in ESG legislation, trends, and best practices.
  • Coordinate ESG awareness campaigns and employee training programs.
  • Assist in communications with external stakeholders (e.g., investors, NGOs, community groups).
  • Support sustainability events, volunteer programs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Identify ESG-related risks and improvement opportunities across operations and supply chains.
  • Recommend initiatives to reduce environmental impact and strengthen social responsibility.
  • Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualification/s:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), GHG Emissions Calculation, ESG Data Collection, ESG Reporting software.
  • Basic/advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication, highly organized, results-oriented and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to report in BGC, Taguig and travel nationwide (plant visits) as needed.
