A bookkeeper's primary role is to record, track, and maintain a business's financial transactions. They are responsible for the day-to-day financial processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records,
This includes tasks like recording sales and invoices, paying bills, processing payroll, and reconciling bank statements.
Bookkeeper responsibilities include the following:
- Occasionally deposit daily sales.
- Update the daily cash projection.
- Enter figures into the payroll file and generate pay slips.
- Prepare checks and vouchers.
- Verify that sales have been credited to the bank account.
- Verify the liquidation of funds.
- Compile G-cash and credit card transactions for terminal fees.
- Perform other tasks that have a direct business impact assigned by the immediate supervisor or the management which may be within or beyond the scope of the job.
EDUCATION:
Completed a bachelor's degree in any related field such as accounting or business administration
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Managed day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivables, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
