Barista

Job Description:

A Barista is in charge of making and serving coffee and other beverages to the customers of Eleonor's Cafe. Together with other baristas, they are responsible for helping to take orders, prepare drinks, and serve clients on time.

Barista's responsibilities are as follows:

• Welcoming customers in a friendly manner
• Taking food and drink orders
• Preparing and serving beverages, in various categories.
• Preparing and serving food items such as soups, sandwiches, and pastries.
• Answering customers' inquiries about the cafe's menu.
• Promoting and recommending menu options to cafe customers.
• Taking payment from customers.
• Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs
• Keeping the workstation and the overall cafe sanitary and organized
• Working to attract new customers and expanding the menu
• Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service. Conduct daily inventory and sales turnover.

Qualifications:

• A related vocational course or higher.
• Previous related work experience is preferred.
• Good collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in making staple cafe drinks and openness to creativity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
