Construction Warehouseman

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Issue materials to site personnel based on approved requests.
• Maintain and update inventory records using computer systems.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and safe storage of materials.
• Assist in stock monitoring, cycle counts, and preparing inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety rules.
• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least an undergraduate (college level) in any course; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and warehouse practices.
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word; experience in inventory systems is a plus).
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse work.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and organizational skills
