Job Summary

We are looking for Facade Drafters (Levels 2–3) to join FT Drafting Corporation.

The ideal candidates must have strong expertise in façade cladding and will collaborate closely with the Design Team in reviewing engineering calculation summaries and incorporating them into shop drawings.

They will also handle other related tasks that contribute to the team's success and support the company's goal of delivering excellent service to our clients.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review calculation summaries from Engineering and incorporate them into shop drawings.
  • Update drawings based on Design Manager / Project Manager markups.
  • Complete drafting based on preliminary designs issued by the Designer and the issued scoping documents.
  • Follow company procedures for document filing and submission.
  • Provide support for each project's façade cladding requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Degree in BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in Facade works.
  • Expertise in Facade Cladding is required (Facade Cladding expert).
  • Accurate drawing and mathematical skills.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and other comparable drafting or design software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Must have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, have a deadline-driven mindset, and goal-directed.
  • Ability to handle all types of projects.
  • Willingness to contribute above daily tasks to help the company in meeting tight deadlines.

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

  • Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (Onsite)

  • You will be working onsite.
  • Your equipment will be provided by the company.
  • Alabang, Muntinlupa
