Are you a pet lover with a knack for leadership and a passion for customer service? Pet Buddy, a premier pet grooming and retail store, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Store Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to lead our team. As the OIC, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring a smooth-running store that provides exceptional care for our furry clients and their owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for pets and people.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding grooming and customer service. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and resolving any concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales by managing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and recommending products that meet customer needs.
• Financial Management: Handle daily cash reconciliation, manage petty cash, and prepare sales reports.
• Checkout and Cashiering: Manage the point of sale (POS) system, process transactions accurately, and handle various payment methods, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
• Grooming Oversight: Ensure all grooming services meet our high standards for quality and safety. While not a primary groomer, a strong understanding of grooming practices is essential.

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail, service, or pet-related industry.
• Pet-Related Knowledge: A strong love for animals is a must. Knowledge of different pet breeds, grooming techniques, and pet products is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently and calmly.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
