SECURITY DIRECTOR

The Security Director will report to the President and oversee security guards of all properties of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all Blue Guards per property
  • Coordinate with Security Service Providers to ensure their personnel meet operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct initial inquiries on reported security incidents or complaints and recommend further investigation when necessary.
  • Provide basic orientation to security personnel on their roles and operational procedures.
  • Introduce security protocols
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies such as the PNP if needed
  • Monitor manpower utilization, conduct security inspections and assessment of facilities, and gather intelligence relevant to security operations.
  • Conducts spot audits onsite
  • Prepare and distribute security reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with specialized Security / Criminology / Armed Forces / or any protective services training
  • At least 5 years of security experience in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Preferably proficient in using CCTV equipment
  • Ability to handle emergency response teams, security issues and crisis management
  • Proven leadership skills to effectively train, brief, and manage teams, including personnel from external security agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
