Security Director

SECURITY DIRECTOR
The Security Director will report to the President and oversee security guards of all properties of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all Blue Guards per property
- Coordinate with Security Service Providers to ensure their personnel meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct initial inquiries on reported security incidents or complaints and recommend further investigation when necessary.
- Provide basic orientation to security personnel on their roles and operational procedures.
- Introduce security protocols
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies such as the PNP if needed
- Monitor manpower utilization, conduct security inspections and assessment of facilities, and gather intelligence relevant to security operations.
- Conducts spot audits onsite
- Prepare and distribute security reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with specialized Security / Criminology / Armed Forces / or any protective services training
- At least 5 years of security experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Preferably proficient in using CCTV equipment
- Ability to handle emergency response teams, security issues and crisis management
- Proven leadership skills to effectively train, brief, and manage teams, including personnel from external security agency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
