Job description

  • DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help Legal manager in ensuring effective and efficient discharge and monitoring of various legal and administrative functions of the department that includes but not limited to
  • Oversee the review, negotiation and drafting of major contracts and legal documents as required by the top management that includes;
  • Prepare and devise legal documents (e.g. pleading, appeals, contracts, memoranda and etc.)
  • Conduct investigation and provide recommendations of facts and law of cases to determine appropriate actions
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to help VG as whole and/ or avoid unnecessary litigations in the future that includes but not limited to
  • Gathers and analyze research data that helpful to the company's operation and /or directly affected
  • Identifying important statutes, issues and legal articles
  • Emerging legal trends from court and other judicial decisions
  • Legal advices and etc.
