We are looking for a Butcher to prepare and portion high quality meats that meet our restaurant's standards for freshness, consistency and presentation.

Your Role:

• Cutting, trimming, and grinding meat according to customer orders or company standards.
• Preparing special cuts of meat, such as steaks, roasts, and chops.
• Making sausages, pates, and other meat products.
• Inspecting meat for freshness, quality, and appearance.
• Ensuring proper storage of meat to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
• Monitoring temperatures to comply with food safety regulations.
• Assisting customers with meat selections and providing cooking instructions.
• Tracking inventory levels and ordering meat products as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following strict hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Operating and maintaining butchering equipment, such as saws, grinders, and knives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Butcher or Meat cutter in a restaurant or food service setting.
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation techniques, portioning and safety standards.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and extended periods of standing.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be amenable to work in Lucky Chinatown.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
