Branch Head

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join AGnP Corporation as a Branch Head, based in Mariveles Bataan. As Branch Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, driving sales and building strong relationships with key customers. This is a full-time position and will play a vital role in the continued growth and success of the business.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and lead a team of account managers to exceed sales targets
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform the branch's sales strategy
5. Participate in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
6. Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior management
7. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a sales management or account management role
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
3. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
4. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
5. Familiarity with the local market and industry trends
6. Relevant qualifications in sales, business or a related field
