· Assist branch SOOs on all store transactions.

· Acts as relief SOO for all JANC branches whenever needed. Responsibilities of SOO are as follows;

·Entertains customers, provides for their needs and ensures their satisfaction.

· Using the EPICOR system, prepares records of transactions (SI and OR) and accounts for the accuracy and reliability of the same.

·Accepts payments and accounts for the accuracy of Daily Cashier's Report (DCR).

· Confirms the delivery of stocks and ensures its timely availability.

· Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of store and its premises.

·Conducts daily physical inventory and accounts for the reliability of inventory records.

· Prepares and submits reports as may be required.

· Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

· Minimum 6 months to 1 year retail or store operations experience required.

· Occasional travel between branches required to provide relief SOO coverage
