  • Analyze and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.
  • Plan, mark out, and level construction sites, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment.
  • Oversee the selection, requisition, and management of construction materials, ensuring they meet project specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Contribute to the development and management of project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and other relevant documentation.
  • Supervise and guide construction workers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any issues.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, ensuring projects are completed successfully.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
