AI Implementor

LOCATION: DUMAGUETE CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, PHILIPPINES 6200

ROLE PURPOSE:

This is a brand-new role designed to
supercharge our team with AI-powered processes and automation.

Your mission:
work side-by-side with sales, marketing, and operations to identify inefficiencies, design AI-driven solutions, and implement them end-to-end.

We're not replacing people — we're empowering them. You'll act as an
internal consultant
, meeting with different departments, understanding their challenges, and delivering
practical, working solutions
that save time, reduce manual effort, and allow the business to scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI Implementation & Process Automation

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for AI.
• Design and implement tools, bots, and automations that streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
• Build and maintain dashboards (sales, marketing, operations) using AI/automation to surface actionable insights.
• Integrate existing systems (ActiveCampaign, , Google Workspace, etc.) with AI-driven enhancements.

Project Management & Delivery

• Own projects from problem scoping to delivery — requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout, and training.
• Create documentation and training so staff can use new systems confidently.
• Ensure all solutions are practical, reliable, and embedded into team workflows.

Technical Development

• Apply coding/development skills to build and customise AI and automation solutions (APIs, scripts, integrations).
• Configure and optimise low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make, AI-powered CRMs, chatbots, etc.).
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and assess their fit for the business.

Collaboration & Change Management

• Act as an internal consultant and problem-solver across departments.
• Translate technical solutions into plain language for non-technical team members.
• Train and support staff in adopting new AI-powered workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years' experience in IT, software development, automation, or related roles.
• Strong coding/development skills (Python, APIs, integrations).
• Experience implementing no-code/low-code automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Proven ability to scope, design, and implement practical solutions.
• Strong business acumen with ability to map processes and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Passion for AI, automation, and emerging tech — eager to experiment and learn.
