The Opportunity
This role is pivotal in actively supporting various services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. You'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic, digitally enabled training designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency team, you will work to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and deepening your understanding of the business context. You will collaborate with engagement managers in planning engagements, propose customized audit work programs, and lead the execution of audit tasks by conducting interviews and assessing internal controls.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with engagement managers to plan audit engagements

  • Proposing tailored audit work programs

  • Leading the execution of audit tasks by conducting interviews and evaluating internal controls

  • Building and nurturing client relationships

  • Analyzing complex business issues from strategy to execution

  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members

  • Upholding high standards in deliverables

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the business context

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or Statistics

  • At least 3 years of combined relevant experience in IT audit and external/internal audit

  • Certified Public Accountant and/or CISA certification (additional certifications are an advantage)

  • Oral and written proficiency in English

  • Foundational skills in Alteryx and Tableau
