About the role

Puting Manok Corp. is seeking an experienced Poultry Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art poultry farm in area of Molave, Ramon Magsaysay & Pagadian City Zamboanga Del Sur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our poultry production, managing a team of dedicated farm staff, and driving continuous improvements to optimize productivity and animal welfare.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and maximize farm efficiency
• Oversee the feeding, health, and welfare of our poultry flock, working closely with our veterinary team
• Manage and coordinate the work of farm staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback
• Monitor and report on key operational and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant agricultural, environmental, and animal welfare regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to support the wider business objectives of Puting Manok Corp.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in poultry farm management or a similar role in the agricultural industry
• Strong technical knowledge of poultry husbandry practices, including feeding, housing, and disease management
• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency
• Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred
