Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Quezon City. The Sales Associate will interact with customers, provide expert guidance on product selection, and maintain in-depth knowledge of window treatment options. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive showroom experience. The Sales Associate will also coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and help achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships with customers and close sales effectively
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to convey product information clearly
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Technical knowledge of window treatments or similar products is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, retail setting
  • High attention to detail, particularly in ensuring the accuracy of orders and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
