Utility Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and Equipment Cleaning:

Operate dishwashers or wash by hand to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
- Kitchen and Area Maintenance:

Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, worktables, and other surfaces in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Waste Management:

Remove garbage and maintain clean, safe, and sanitary waste disposal and loading areas.
- Sanitation Standards:

Follow and adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a clean and professional working environment.
- Equipment and Supply Management:

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils, stock clean dishes, and ensure a steady supply of clean items.
- Food Preparation Assistance:

Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or slicing meat, as directed by chefs or management.
- General Cleaning:

Clean dining rooms, restrooms, and other public areas, including restocking supplies and performing parking lot maintenance.
- Operational Support:

Assist both the kitchen staff and the front-of-house team with tasks like bussing tables or stocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
