Makati Metro Manila Philippines Trends Group, Inc. Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱2,400,000 per year

I.      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System Design and Development:

·       Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).

·       Implement database schemas and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability using MSSQL.

·       Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across all systems developed

Integration Development:

·       Integrate SAP and Salesforce systems with existing and new applications.

·       Develop APIs and middleware solutions for seamless data exchange and communication between different systems.

·       Implement and maintain data synchronization processes to ensure data consistency across integrated platforms.

Mobile Application Development:

·       Develop responsive and cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks such as Xamarin or React Native.

·       Optimize mobile application performance for speed and responsiveness.

·       Implement offline capabilities and synchronization with backend systems.

Technical Leadership:

·       Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.

·       Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solution.

System Enhancement and Maintenance:

·       Identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance optimizations.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration.

·       Implement software upgrades and patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.

Documentation and Compliance

·       Document system architecture, design decisions, and processes.

·       Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

·       Participate in technical documentation reviews and audits as required.

II.      QUALIFICATIONS

A Minimum Education

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

B Minimum Experience/Training

·       Proven experience (3 to 5+ years) in software development with expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).

·       Strong proficiency in database design and development using MSSQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.

·       Proven experience leading requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation processes.

·       Strong background in quality assurance coordination, including test planning, execution, and defect management.

·       Experience in designing and developing integrated systems involving SAP and Salesforce, including API development and integration patterns.

·       Proven track record of developing responsive web applications and mobile applications using modern framework

·       Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure user-centered design principles are applied.

·       Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·       Experience in mentoring junior developers and leading technical teams is a plus.
