About the role

Join the dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' as a Promodizer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and representing our products in the retail environment of Taguig City Metro Manila. As a Promodizer, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence and driving sales within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to showcase our products
  2. Provide customers with detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage
  3. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and address any queries or concerns
  4. Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing product display area
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement effective product promotion strategies
  6. Collect customer feedback and report on market trends to help inform product development
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach
  2. Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products
  3. Enthusiasm for sales and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
  4. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays
  5. Previous experience in a similar Promodizer, brand ambassador, or retail sales role is preferred
