Responsibilities
- Attend to client's need, concern and inquiry in accordance with the hotel standard
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangement or unique needs
- Assist guest with their belongings upon arrival and departure
- Provide information to guest (rooms, function rooms, etc)
- Provide service beyond Job Scope with accordance to the hotel standard
- Ensure that the guests arrived safely at their exact location and time
- Ensure that the guests are pick up at the exact location and time
- Ensure that hotel vehicle are kept clean and well maintained
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education: At least high school graduate
- Experience: At least 2 years of driving experience
- Skills:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle luggage properly
- Familiarity with Batangas, Manila, and nearby areas
- No record of traffic violations is an advantage
- With professional driver's license
