First Aider

Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid to injured or ill personnel in accordance with training and company procedures.
• Maintain a fully stocked and accessible first aid kit at the site at all times.
• Monitor and report health and safety hazards observed on-site to the Safety Officer.
• Assist in the evacuation of casualties in case of serious injury or emergency.
• Record all first aid treatments provided in the site first aid logbook.
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer and external medical providers (ambulance, hospital) when necessary.
• Participate in emergency drills and site safety meetings as required.
• Support the Health and Safety team in promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Educate workers on basic first aid practices and safe work behavior, when requested.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality in handling all medical cases.
• Willing to be assigned in CLARK Pampanga / Tarlac

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training certificate (optional but preferred).
• Holder of a valid First Aid Training Certificate from the Philippine Red Cross or DOLE-accredited provider.
• Knowledgeable in CPR, wound care, and emergency response procedures.
• Preferably with experience in construction or high-risk work environments.
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of responding promptly to emergencies.
