Product Strategy

  • Builds the product roadmap, by building on actionable insights and industry knowledge
  • Works with the Product Owner in setting priorities per sprint to ensure timely delivery of the builds
  • Anticipates the future needs of the customers through user studies and analytics

Product Management

  • P&L management
  • Sets the pricing of the product by doing competitive analysis and getting customer feedback
  • Dictates the commercialization of each product build and works with the Partner Marketing and Investment team in bringing the product to market
  • Responsible for end-to-end product readiness from conceptualization, business casing, tech readiness, commercialization commercial launch
  • Responsible for communicating with other Product Managers regarding synergies and needed support
  • Helps anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Responsible for identifying the tools and builds needed to sustain and grow the product on a day-to-day basis

Stakeholder Management

  • Advocates for the product value and vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Manages other stakeholders and enablers and educates them on best practices and new ways of working
  • Works with the stakeholders to make sure products and developments are completed and integrated into the process through proper turnover
  • Works with external teams such as Finance and Marketing to identify best practices and continuously optimizes the ways of working
