DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts end to end recruitment process.
  • Prepares Job ads and postings.
  • Maintain Records and 201 Filing.
  • Provide administrative support for General Office, HR and Operations as needed.
  • Organize Employee engagements, trainings, and wellness programs.
  • Perform other HR - related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook), Excel (formulas and standardizing data)
  • Ability to maintain focus and practice agility in prioritizing daily workload.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related courses.
  • At least 1-year experience in Human Resources and Admin, or equivalent
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
