CSR – Healthcare Account | College Grad | With/Without Healthcare Experience | Up to ₱34,600

Job Description:

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This role is open to college graduates, whether you have prior healthcare experience or not.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Member and Provider transactions in a healthcare environment
  • Assist members with inquiries, claims, and other healthcare concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely information to ensure excellent service
  • Document and update customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet quality and performance standards

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • With or without healthcare/BPO experience
  • Preferably 1 year in direct adult patient care (long-term care, home/community services, hospital/facility, or case management)

    OR 1 year BPO Healthcare experience (Member or Provider transactions)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
