Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Read and interpret job orders.
- Set up machines, prepare tools, and adjust settings as needed.
- Measure, cut, and finish materials according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and targets.
- At least Senior High School (SHS) or High School graduate; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow technical instructions.
- Proven hands-on experience in machining and operating machine tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work independently and on-site with minimal supervision.
