Qualifications:

  1. Preferably FEMALE
  2. Amenable to work onsite in Makati City.
  3. With Internal Auditing experience of at least 2 years.
  4. Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Management, Internal Audit, or any related course.
  5. Willing to learn and immediately adapt with the working environment.
  6. Good interpersonal, communication and written skills.
  7. Strong analytical and decision making skills.
  8. Understand internal control frameworks and audit best practices.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of internal audit engagements.
  2. Understands the Company's process and conduct process walkthrough for each department.
  3. Perform detailed testing and data analysis to identify control gaps and ensure the Company's policies and procedures are in place and operating efficiently and effectively.
  4. Reviews the Audit Associate's working papers during audit.
  5. Document audit findings and prepares audit reports, and recommendation for Internal Audit Manager's review and approval.
  6. Support the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions.
  7. Maintain audit documentation and files in an organized manner.
  8. Ensure tasks are completed effectively, efficiently and in adherence to quality standards.
  9. Participates in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
