Job Description:

Key Responsibilities (Inbound):

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound materials, parts, and supplies
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents; report discrepancies
  • Encode and update inbound inventory transactions in SAP and Excel-based inventory files
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials following FIFO and warehouse standards
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and monthly physical inventory activities
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate reorder points
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and Warehouse teams regarding delivery concerns
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, productivity enhancements)
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and good housekeeping practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • With SAP experience or willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule (Monday to Saturday)
  • Residing near or willing to work in Parañaque
