QC Specialist

Job Description:

• Plans and organizes an effective Quality Management System for the organization to ensure conformance to international quality standard (ISO 9001 & IATF and customer specific requirement (CSR).
• Develop an effective QC training program based on each section ITCS (Individual Training Curriculum Survey) to b able to improve and upgrade employees technical skills for problem solving & failure analysis.
• Establish and maintain an organized document control system to ensure an updated documents for everyone's use,
  
  Plans for section's annual budget to ensure availability of needed resources.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course,
• With at least 4 years working experience,
• Must have knowledge in IATF16949 & ISO9001 Certification Process and Supplier Management, Possess Leadership, Management and Negotiation skills,
• Must be a Quality Management System Lead Auditor.
