Branch Supervisor

Location: Cavite (Tanza & Kawit)

Pat & Kat Crispy Pata & Chicharon is a proudly Filipino food brand. We're looking for a reliable Branch Supervisor to manage our 2 branches with a lean team of only 5 employees

The Branch Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of two branches with a combined team of five (5) staff. The role focuses on ensuring staff discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards, while providing accurate reports to management.

• Supervise a total of 5 employees across 2 branches.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Ensure product consistency and customer service quality.
• Consolidate daily sales and inventory reports.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and maintaining smooth operations.
• Relay operational issues and recommendations directly to the Owner.

• At least 2 years experience in supervisory or team leader role (F&B or retail preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge in basic reporting and inventory monitoring.
• Willing to travel between Tanza & Kawit branches.
• Cavite-based applicants preferred.
