Job description

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensure effective planning and execution.
  • Be the primary point of contact between the 
    customer, Taipei HQ, and the factory
     to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the 
    NPI Engineering Department
     and 
    cross-functional
     teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 
    Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering
    or any related course.
  • Has proven mastery in 
    Manufacturing Industry
     with at least 
    8-10 years
     of 
    NPI Engineering experience.
  • With advanced knowledge of project and program management tools and principles.
  • Good communications and leadership skills.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Team Player
  • Excellent knowledge with PCBA is an edge
