MIS Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives, Checks and monitor all concessionaire purchase order and make sure the information is correct.
• Responsible for encoding all stocks withdrawal from distributors to be delivered to provincial concessionaire accounts.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Dispatcher for the delivery schedule.
• Encodes all Concessionaire P.O through SAP using Inventory Transfer Request (ITR).
• Responsible for accuracy of the pick lists as per P.O. to be provided to Warehouse Dispatcher.
• Prepares Summary Sheet/Top Sheet for all Watsons Concessionaire Delivery.
• Monitor & prepares concessionaire delivery status, submitted to VDI trade Marketing and sales Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate (Any Course)
• Experience in Data Entry
• Good interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
