  • Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Graduate from an accredited curriculum/Vocational School Graduate with TESDA Certification
  • Basic Training on hand tools and machine shop practices Occupational Safety and Health Standards
  • At least (1) year relevant work experience
  • Technical know how on machine shop practices and hand tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate the result & conclusions of Planning Studies
  • Ability to use computer and other related software and applications
